The most common types of accidents that lead to injury are known as “slip and falls.” These injuries can occur due to a number of things including a slippery or rough surface, problems with shoes, or the mental/physical condition of the person who took the fall. An easy way to prevent injury is to walk at least 30 minutes every day, and be careful when walking at night or in severe weather conditions.
